Problems with billing / tracked lead to15kg straight to a bin
I would advice anyone that is thinking about using Natures Menu to not used them till they sort their website. Their billing, tracking system is not working properly and is an aweful experience to track what is being delivery, what was canceled and what was previously delivered.
The result of this is that I have 18kg of food being delivery just a few days after 20kg being received which means around 15kg will go straigh to a bin for lack of space.

Never delivery
They use worse delivery company DPD for delivery . So it means never have delivered

Would have put 0 stars If I could, I have been feeding my dog natures menu for the last 3 years due to my dogs allergies. For the last 2 nights my dog has been up projectile vomiting and I did not notice until tonight that what he is throwing up is hundreds of bone shards... I am fuming and a complaint has been sent to their head office best interests for pets is no longer the heart of this business it’s clearly to save money at the detriment of our pets... the food isn’t exactly cheap.. the prices are rising and so is
the bags weight in bones. absolutely disgusting!!
Quality changed and price increased
I’ve been feeding my dog natures menu for the past 9years! I remember buying it at £3.60 a bag (the cubes), I now have to pay over £6.50 for the same bag, in some cases £7. Whilst the price has gone up it appears the quality has reduced, my dog has started to turn her nose up and refuses to eat the chicken one anymore. It has changed in colour too so I’m convinced it’s a different Mix or quality. At these prices I can’t afford for her not to eat it and sadly will start looking for alternatives
I have been buying blocks of raw beef…
I have been buying blocks of raw beef for some years now which have always been an ok quality for a dog food. However the last few times I have fed this to my dogs I have noticed the beef to be a lot lighter in colour & containing a lot of white bits in the meat which I thought to be fat but on closer inspection & picking through I have realised the white bits are bones! lots of tiny pieces of bone. This is only a recent thing & maybe it’s being added in to add to the weight ? Anyway with the price rising for less meat & now containing sharp pieces of bone I will no longer be purchasing the beef which is a shame as up until recently it was fine.

Ordered On Line....NOW NO STOCK..NO REFUND YET
Ordered and paid for the dog food online with a date for delivery. A day later received an email stating out of stock. Another day went by received an email with a invoice.
Tried calling to find out when we will received our refund, left in queue for 15 minutes.
Natures Menu are very quick to take your money for out of stock products and very slow in refunding your money.
MY ADVICE, STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!..
Charge full price when entered a discount
Companies website displays discount amount when you’ve entered valid code. Charges full price when you checkout. Beware.

Received A Notification On 17/5/22 From DPD To Say My Order Was In Ayr,Scotland & Waiting Delivery To An Address In Scotland
( When I Live Four Miles From The Factory In Snetterton Norfolk Then I Received A Email From Natures Menu Reading My Order Was Being Delivered On The 18/5/2022 Not Surprised The Order Never Did Turn Up ! The Received DPD Notification PM 18/5/22 Saying My Oder Would Not Be Delivered As It Was Perished & To contact Natures Menu
Nine Days Later Still Waiting For A Full Refund And The Dog Is Starving

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Placed an order, days later the order doesn’t arrive so I had to call them, they claim DPD ‘lost’ the order and they would, no not resend the order but refund my money which would take days and then I would have to log back on and re-order! Customer service rep spoke to me like I’m an idiot because I was incredulous at the fact they couldn’t just resend it! *Avoid, go elsewhere*!

update- for those who are unhappy with Natures manu since they changed to tins/menu, try BLINK, for our cat its the chosen replacement, and it is gone in a blink......
With all the negative reviews of the nature's menu cat food swapping to tins , what are the chances of returning to pouches ? Surely you have lots tins in your warehouse that you will never sell, can you not see you have made the wrong decision changing the recipe and packaging....?

Disappointed with Country Hunter for…
Disappointed with Country Hunter for Cats being discontinued. They have cut down the meat content which was why i fed this brand and have now restricted the flavours available, cat is bored and wont finish the bowl. I would happily have paid for the pouches like for like to be tinned in terms of their Greenwash claims....but not for an inferior product. Never had an issue with the delivery as others.

Absolute waste of money
Ordered 6 bags of food. Only 3 arrived. Received an email 5 days after purchase to tell me these items were out of stock. Ended up paying £8 delivery for 3 tiny bags of food! Tried to call them to resolve this. Kept on hold for an hour and gave up! Won't be returning. What a waste of money!

Been using for years with very little issue. Good products and decent service, couldn’t really ask for much more.
Edit:
Almost inevitably, after submitting a 5star review, I have had nothing but problems since. Only partial orders coming; submitting orders that were not processed.
Really need to get their act together soon.

Great food terrible service
I've used natures menu for the past 5-6 months or more and haven't had a problem. The past 2 months my orders have been messed up meaning my dog suffers with no food he's use to an so forth . The second month was the worst as not only did I not receive my order without any notice at all . I got charge £203 pound for an £103 order and all I got was £7.55 biscuits. Don't think I will be using them again as the hassle isn't worth it
